Get to know Jessica
Jessica Hicks is a nationally board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
She has spent years studying various healing modalities and learning how to master energy balance as a highly
sensitive person.
It is her life's mission to bring understanding and empowerment to sensitive people all over the world.
So many highly sensitive and neurodivergent people grow up believing they are broken, that something is wrong with them.
Jessica grew up with this same belief and it took years of understanding and practice before she recognized sensitivity was truly a gift.
So many people who love
someone who is highly sensitive struggle with not knowing how to help them navigate the challenges it brings.
There are so many beautiful things that come with high sensitivity, but until you understand how to manage your delicate energy balance it can
seem like a curse.
Jessica's dream, her purpose, is to help as many sensitive adults unlearn the damaging belief that they were broken and prevent as many
young sensitives from ever adopting that belief.
This is the mission, this is the goal.
Teach, guide, and support.
The world needs the gift of your sensitivity.
Let her show you how to balance your energy and tap into your gifts.

The Mission
Educating people on high sensitivity so that reparative healing can be done with adults who grew up thinking they were broken AND we can help children avoid this type of self belief in the first place. There is incredible power that comes with high sensitivity. Self-awareness and management strategies can help people tap into the true gift of sensitivity.
The Vision
To live in a world where people understand high sensitivity and recognize it's value. Many other cultures recognized the value of their sensitive and neurodivergent types in the community. The wisdom and unique vision that came with this level of perception was valued. It's time for our culture to catch up and remember how much we as a community need those with high sensitivity.
